FOR ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer free shipping for orders over $50 AUD using Australia Post Express. We will process your order from our warehouse within 24 hours except for orders purchased on Saturdays and Sundays which will be processed on Mondays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number. It will take 1-2 business days to be delivered to your door.

If delivery has been attempted and no one is at home, the postman will leave your parcel in a safe place or a card with instruction will be left for you to collect at your nearest Australia Post office. Please check your mailbox.

FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA (REST OF THE WORLD)

We offer free shipping for orders over $100 Australian Dollars or $70 US Dollars using DHLWe will process your order from our warehouse within 24 hours. Once your order has been processed, you will receive your tracking number. The number of delivery days is based on where you are in the world. Please see the table below for target delivery days.

PLEASE NOTE: Possible import taxes and duties may be applicable to your order by your local country's customs. The customer is 100% fully responsible for these fees. These fees are incurred from your local country's tariff law or customs office and not from Angstrom Watches.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is the customer's sole responsibility to check and verify their correct address prior to checking out. If you need to change your shipping address after you completed the order, please send us a message within 24 hours at

support@angstromwatches.com and state your:

Name, Order Number, Old Shipping Address, New Shipping Address

If additional shipping occurs due to incomplete or wrong address, the fee will be shouldered by the customer in the form of additional payment or deduction from the refund in the event of a return.
 

PRODUCTS LOST IN TRANSIT

In the event of a lost shipment or if your order already exceeded the scheduled time frame of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at support@angstromwatches.com and we will forward the issue immediately with our courier.

DAMAGE PRODUCTS DUE TO TRANSPORT

If you found out that your product is damaged when delivered, you should contact us at support@angstromwatches.com as soon as possible as well as the courier company. Message us and state your:

Name, Shipping Address, Order Number, What was damaged in the product, Pictures or videos of the damaged product

Our products are insured and rest assured that we will send you a brand new product to replace the damaged one.
