WARRANTY

Our watches come with 1 YEAR WARRANTY from date of purchase.

1.) WHAT IS COVERED IN MY WARRANTY?

 The hands, dial, and watch movement are the only components covered under your warranty. If these components prove to be defective under normal use, please contact us and we will replace your watch free of charge.

2.) WHAT IS NOT COVERED IN MY WARRANTY?

  • Battery and strap
  • Damage caused from improper handling, lack of care, accidents and normal wear and tear including the strap, strap buckle, case and crystal
  • Tarnishing of the case, strap and strap buckle

Damage due to water penetration. Please note that the water resistance of this watch model is 5 ATM or 50 meters. It can withstand when you are washing your hands, showering or bathing. Although it is capable, we highly suggest to never wear it when showering or bathing so as not to destroy the leather strap.

3.) CONTACT US

Should your watch develop a fault during this time, please email us at support@angstromwatches.com and state:

  • Your name
  • Your order number
  • The fault of your watch
  • Pictures or videos of the faulty watch

RETURNS

 

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASED ITEM?

Orders over $100 Australian dollars or $70 US dollars are eligible for a return.

At Angstrom Watches, we make sure that our customers are happy and satisfied. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer a 14 day window to return your items after you have purchased them. Your refund will be refunded through your original payment source or a store credit, depending on your choice. Please note that the shipping cost of the returned items is shouldered by the customer. In order to be eligible for a 100% refund of your payment, your returned item/s must be:

1.) Unworn and in new condition
2.) Packaging must be undamaged
3.) Product manual as well as the protective coverings must still be in place

 

If after inspection and we found out that the items are damaged, in worn out condition and have missing parts, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund and the items will be sent out to your address again.

Customers are not eligible for a refund if they purchased an item and it exceeded the 14 day window after they have purchased them. Items that are "on sale" during your time of purchased are also not eligible. Thank you for understanding.
